Order Processing

In-stock orders generally ship within 1–3 business days after payment and completion of any required verification. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Preorders or products with different processing times will be identified separately.


Estimated Delivery After Shipment


  • Texas: 2–5 business days.
  • Other U.S. states: 3–7 business days.
  • International destinations, where available: 3–7 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing.


Processing time is additional to delivery time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Please order early if you need items for a specific event.

Shipping Delays

Weather, holidays, customs, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery. If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you and provide any cancellation options and refunds required by applicable law.


Correct Shipping Address

Please verify your complete shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.


If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, between $8.99 -$15 reshipping fee applies where permitted by law. We will confirm the corrected address before reshipping.


Missing, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages

If your package is missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us promptly through our website’s contact page. Keep any packaging and available photographs so we can investigate and assist with a carrier claim.


Refunds or replacements will be evaluated based on the circumstances and applicable law. Customer address errors may affect eligibility.


International Orders

Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs processing may extend delivery times.
