Makeup Exchanges Only
Makeup is eligible for exchange only if it is new, unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or in-store purchase to request an exchange. Eligible items must be inspected and approved before an exchange is completed.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
All other products are final sale, including contact lenses, adult toys, clothing, special occasion dresses, maxi dresses, lingerie, and Halloween costumes.
